Fitting and Furnishing
We can additionally organize for our prospective clients complete fitting and furnishing of their apartments. The basic fitting includes all necessary facilities for apartment floor tiling, air-conditioning in each room, in the bathroom: floor and walls terracotta tiles, faience, sanitary ware and accessories. Additionally, we offer to our clients complete furniture packages.

The owner may use his/her property during the summer season for a period of 10% of the season. In case the owner wants to use the property for a longer period we will make reduction to the agreed rental.
