Location of the building
The building is located in the central area of Sunny Beach, the biggest Bulgarian resort on the Black Sea Coast, with the longest and widest beach strip. About the building
The building is situated in the Western part of the Sunny Beach resort. Together with a semi-detached building, it forms a closed complex, in the centre of which a swimming pool is built. It will consist of six floors with 107 one-, two-bedroom apartments and studios.

Construction
The building will be monolithic, made of reinforced concrete beamless construction. Partition walls made of gypsum boards and brick external walls with thermo insulation. The building will be finished with mineral colored plaster

All apartments will have fully fitted bathroom with shower cabin and boiler. Also available as an optional extra is furniture package. The block has the benefit of a service agreement, provided at a minimal annual cost and covers the cleaning of all common area, 24 hours security, insurance and lifts. The annual cost for the service is 5 Euro/m2.
Each apartment will be completely ready for living; all the buyers will need is the furniture.
